The service includes daily operations and preventive maintenance, as we see that many faults can be prevented by proactive action. We also keep relevant documents updated to facilitate future efforts. When there are incidents, our specialists handle the fault diagnosis and extent of the problem as well as taking action. Once the incident is over, we will report back to the client.
Empir Industry will also take on the responsibility for configuration, optimisation, replacement, upgrade and patch management.
